When does the course start and finish?
You will have lifetime access to the course content. From the date of your enrollment, you have twelve months to apply for certification. We do offer the opportunity to purchase up to a three-month extension, but once you pass your deadline, whether twelve--or fifteen months if extended--you will have to pay for the course again to restart the clock. This is in service to you, so that you can launch or relaunch your book coaching business as a certified book coach within the next year or less.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 14 days and we will give you a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee, per our Terms and Conditions.
